The kids loved the playground and game room. Breakfast was decent but the seating area was overcrowded. a solid family-friendly place. We had some noise issues from outside.

The grounds were amazing for kids, with lots of fun activities and games. The breakfast was a real treat, with hot food served on real plates, and it made mornings special.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was reasonable.

I had an amazing time exploring the area around the hotel, with fun places like Old Town and Congo River Golf just a short drive away, and plenty of restaurants such as Perkins and IHOP within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to grab breakfast or dinner after a day of adventures; the hotel itself is decent with a nice pool area, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

The place was a total letdown. The room smelled weird, like a mix of cleaning products and old sweat, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. I swear, I felt dirtier after staying there! Avoid this spot!

The decor promotes family time and happiness—a refreshing change from typical hotels. The pool area was well-maintained, and the play equipment delighted the kids, despite the heat. Breakfast featured Mickey waffles, a crowd-pleaser for the children, although the adult options left something to be desired. Rooms, while adequate, showed their age; mattresses could use an upgrade. Noise from nearby traffic and thin walls was noticeable. For a budget stay with kids, this place offers value. Just temper expectations regarding amenities. Would I return? Maybe, but I’d consider other options first.

The games room had all we needed , ping pong, X, box, basketball , plus free brekkie that was delish! The fun pool and playground were perfect for chill days. Staying here made our vacay epic!
Wish there was a cool club nearby for partying all night long! .

Staff was mostly welcoming, but cleanliness issues marred the experience. Rooms felt neglected; unclean corners and insufficient housekeeping dampened the fun. Breakfast was decent but limited, and we faced plumbing problems that took time to resolve. While the atmosphere is warm, a bit of upkeep is needed to truly shine. For the price, you get a lot, but the experience could be enhanced with better attention to detail.

The room felt spacious, with comfortable beds that allowed for a good night's sleep. there were issues with cleanliness; I found food remnants in the pullout sofa bed and the lampshade was damaged. The noise level was a problem due to a barking dog next door, which kept my kids awake. Temperature control was efficient, but there was an absence of microwaves, which was inconvenient. The absence of a water slide, despite the advertisement, was disappointing. I had to ask multiple times for extra towels and sheets that were missing upon arrival.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. I enjoy having a hot beverage in the morning or before bed, so that was a downside for me. The sitting area in the room was cozy and provided a nice space to relax after a long day of activities. I also appreciated the garden furniture outside where I could sit and enjoy the fresh air. In terms of amenities, I was pleased to find complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. It's always nice to have those essentials available without having to pack them yourself. On the downside, I did notice that the room lacked an AM/FM alarm clock, which I usually rely on to wake up in the mornings. It would have been a nice addition for those who prefer a traditional alarm clock. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for entertainment, but I did encounter some difficulties with the channel selection and reception at times. One area that could use improvement is the laundry service. It would have been convenient to have access to laundry facilities on-site, especially for longer stays. while there was a shuttle service available, I found that the paid shuttle service could be a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. It would be great to see more competitive pricing for transportation services. Magic Moment had its pros and cons, offering a comfortable stay with some room for enhancement in certain amenities and services.

we celebrated our daughter's sweet 16 at Magic Moment Resort And Kids Club and it was wonderful. maría did an amazing job organizing and decorating the venue. she also made a delicious catering and excellent music. the staff was very professional and friendly. the hotel offers complimentary breakfast with different choices to choose from. the rooms are spacious and clean, and we 100 % recommend the hotel.

I chose Magic Moment Resort And Kids Club for its proximity to the attractions in Kissimmee, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk service. The convenience of Welch's Fruit Snacks in the hotel's amenities was a delightful touch, adding to the enjoyable experience.

The playroom for kids was a nice feature, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the location was convenient for our New Year's trip to the nearby parks.
Room cleaning was not done daily, which was inconvenient staying near the parks. the issue with the TV not working and the unhelpful response from staff, including one rude encounter, left a negative impression.

Lay's Party Size potato chips tasted just like the regular ones. The colorful play area, outdoor pool, and gym were great. The hotel's location was convenient for Disney parks. The free hot breakfast was satisfying.

Our family loved the vibrant kids' club at Magic Moment Resort, where our children were kept entertained with various activities, allowing my wife and I some quality time. the spacious swimming pool and playground were perfect for family fun under the Florida sun.
My wife says that the breakfast room could offer more healthy options.

The breakfast was served to us, which was convenient, and the positive messages throughout the dining room created a cheerful atmosphere. It was a nice surprise and added a touch of positivity to our morning.
Some areas needed improvement, such as the bathroom requiring an upgrade and issues with cleanliness in the rooms. Additionally, there were safety concerns with housekeeping throwing items from the second floor and inadequate supervision at the pool area.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect for our family vacation to Disney World. We loved the close proximity to all the attractions and shopping centers in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with updated amenities and a cozy bed. The kids had a blast in the play area and the pool temperature was just right. The breakfast served was decent, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. it was a good hotel for the price we paid.
More towels and washclothes should have been stocked in the room initially.
